1. Treat people with respect
Friendly rivalry is welcome. Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, sexual harassment and degrading personal attacks are not. Do not target someone because of a protected characteristic or encourage others to pile on.
2. Keep pools safe and lawful
Do not create questions, options or discussions that encourage dangerous, exploitative, coercive or unlawful behaviour. Never pressure someone to take part or use a pool to target, shame or intimidate them.
3. Respect privacy
Do not share another person’s private information, location, contact details, images or messages without permission. Never threaten to expose personal information or use Pools to track, impersonate or deceive someone.
4. Share appropriate content
Do not post illegal content, graphic violence, sexual content involving minors, exploitative material, malware, spam or content that infringes someone else’s rights. Pool questions, options and discussion messages must be suitable for the people invited.
5. Be honest
Do not manipulate results, impersonate another person, create misleading invitations or misuse reports. Pool creators should make the question, close time and possible outcomes clear before others take part.
Reporting and enforcement
You can report a pool, participant or discussion message from the pool options menu. We may review the reported material and relevant account activity, restrict features, remove content or suspend access when needed. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to permanent loss of access, and we may preserve or disclose information where the law requires it.
Blocking
Blocking hides that person’s discussion messages from you and stops direct invitations and social notifications between you. Existing shared pools and Groups remain visible so shared history and results still make sense.
